Mahana Unit 815

The Mahana Resort on Kaanapali Beach  - If you are familiar with West Maui, you will already know The Mahana is truly a premier property with spectacular oceanfront views.  Just steps to the sandy Kaanapali beach, you will be led on a two and one half mile stretch of incredible ocean beauty.  This AAA 3-Diamond resort consists of twin towers containing 215 units on 5 acres.   Designed with a sense of peace and privacy,  you are close to championship golf courses, great restaurants and shopping.  
 
Unit 815 is an 8th floor oceanfront one bedroom with a king-size bed in the bedroom and the living room has a queen sofa bed with a brand new 8 inch mattress!  You will enjoy having two bathrooms. The unit serves four guests very comfortably.  The kitchen is fully equipped including refrigerator with icemaker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender and all kitchen utensils.  Also included for your convenience is salt and pepper, spice rack, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner (small starter bottle) and hair blow dryer.  All linens are provided including extra bedding and towels.  Also available for your use are beach towels and a cooler.
 
The unit has two flat screen televisions with remotes, one in the living room with a DVD player and the other in the bedroom.  A stereo is provided in the living room with CD player and docking station.  Central air conditioning, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and extra hangers all make your stay more relaxing.  The tiled lanai is spacious with patio table and four chairs.  The unit is approximately 1056-sq. ft. and the interior is decorated in Hawaiian motif.

An important feature to consider when booking your trip to Maui is the owners, Ben and Evie Leland live on Island and are there to assist you should you need anything, or if there is any concern regarding your accommodations.  Many owners who rent, live on the mainland which can potentially create problems if there is a need for assistance.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date I refund the deposit, if less than 30 days, this is non-refundable booking. Any cancellation or change needed to your reservation will incur a $50.00 fee.  High Season dates are always NON refundable.

Location of this property provides as great a view as you will find between Lahainai and Napili. Saw turtles at play every day. Wife enjoyed daily beautiful walks to Black Rock and back. Awesome, awesome, awesome view! There were some issues with repair noise from nearby units, but Alicia, the property manager, worked with us to try to resolve the issue. Could not have been better to work with. We will definitely look to use Alicia as a future booking agent.

We have traveled to Maui many times over the past 20 years, staying in different Kaanapali locations. This unit, #815 at the Mahana, far surpasses any and all. From the first moment you enter the condo and view the OCEANFRONT from the floor to ceiling windows you realize you are in paradise. The lanai is the perfect spot for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. We had the pleasurable visit of a huge pod of dolphins frolicking directly in front of us! The condo is well furnished, extremely clean and we lacked for nothing during our stay. It is located conveniently to a nearby grocery store, as well as Duke's Beach side restaurant, one of our favorites on the island. As many have remarked before, we were planning our next visit to Mahana 815 before we departed the island. Alicia is a dream to work with, so very pleasant, and knowledgeable. Mahalo Alicia!!!

Mahana 815 is an awesome unit. Right on the water with unbelievable views of the ocean, Molokai and whales. The unit has all the amenities that you will need for your stay. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable including a kitchen that had everything we needed to cook with - from spices to utensils. They included beach chairs, cooler and towels for the beach. The views are incredible from the Lanai or just sitting in the recliners with the floor to ceiling windows. The owners even included binoculars to get a better view. The Mahana is a beautiful property with a great pool and hot tub area, nice lobby and easy access to the beach. We will definitely stay there again for our next trip to Maui.
