The kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, cookware, rice cooker, blender, cooking utensils, storage containers, and much, much more for those wanting to stay in and prepare a meal. Our upscale condo contains all the amenities you would expect from a first-class vacation home. Central A/C, remote-controlled ceiling fans in each room, recessed and dimming ceiling lights throughout, full-size washer and dryer, 65" H.D. smart television with sound bar, and a 42" H.D. television in the bedroom, both with premium cable. CANCELLATION POLICY: We highly recommend travel insurance during this time of uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus. Cancellations that are 60 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests within 60 days of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund. We will always attempt to fill the vacancy to minimize or avoid forfeiting any money paid whenever possible. Unless air travel is restricted and airlines are unable to fly into Maui, no refunds are given for cancellations due to events outside of our control, such as inclement weather or government actions. Trip insurance is encouraged. Credit card fees are non-refundable. The upfront deposit to reserve our unit includes a portion of this fee. We will invoice any additional amount separately. However, when paying in full or your remaining balance with a credit card, the cost will be billed separately and is NOT included in our quote unless otherwise specified.
